i am whole-minded
and half-hearted;
incomplete sketches
and jagged star scribbles.
i am chipped enamel
and faded lacquer;
cold cherry juice and
clouded water.
i am half-full
and heart-shaped balloons.
i am skinned peaches
and camera shutters.
i am waterlogged cotton
and steaming skin.
i am block letters
and imperfect lines.
i am cold fingers
and trembling spines;
writhing intestines
and paint-filled canvas.
i am alphabetically-organised
and in numerical order.
i am stumbling shoes and
bird bones.
i am snapped pencils
and angel-kissed;
wind-blown and
half-clothed.
i am colourless and
metallic,
devoid of blood
yet inhumanly human,
stitched with scars and
flaws and fallacy.

'cold cherry juice' makes me feel thirsty. even though i hate cherry juice. XP
although, i tried to read into all of this meilissa,
and i got stumped at 'half-clothed.'
also, i have twenty six poems of yours that i need to attend to. :3 i just need to take some time to go through all of my deviations.

thank you very much!
haha, i've never drank it, per se. i've had it on a maraschino cherry, or from a natural one when it was very ripe, though.

-goes to wikipedia (yes, it's a verb) maraschino cherry-
ew. i can't stand cherry-flavored anything, but the fruit tastes pretty good.

wishes bounce me weightless.
the infa-red scope of pointlessness.
[figurative sense, my friend. i personally interpret it as two things: half-there, and half-hidden.]
:\ i apologize. i write too much. and now i am overloading you.
